Despite its great financial problems, the community council of Choli has set some very important goals: firstly, the alteration of the village into a modern community as well as the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants. In order to accomplish these goals, the Community Council has executed some embellishment and infrastructure projects.
Some of the most important and serious projects which have been done are the following:

1. Enlargement of the street within the village.
2. Restoration of the rural roads of the village.
3. Transfer of potable water from the vicinal village Skouli in order to cover the needs of the inhabitants.
4. Transfer of water from the dam of Evretou in order to cover the agricultural needs.
5. Creation of a range

The community council of the village has decided to continue the improvements and the embellishment works. Some of the projects which are planed for the near future are:

1. New rural roads in order to cover each farm and property in the village.
2. Registration of new roads.
3. Creation of a community park.
